The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 真的历史不在被记录下来的文字里，真的历史淹没在字与字之间的距离里。历史那么冰冷，静默，以至于那些以血为代价的摩擦，在清扫后也只留下法庭上对博的无力。致敬导演，思考必须严肃。
节奏杠杠的，完全是某国某门学生事件的翻版，但敌国法律毕竟也有最后一点文明性，只判了五年，还能出来，在某国，估计第二年救火化了！

美国的强大在于，即使有这么多的不同意见、质疑、批判，国家的某个组织也不会禁止它发出声音，所以，究竟是在单一的声音中看世界更好，还是在扬抑同在的声音中看世界更好？说回电影，导演选择用大量蒙太奇剪辑手法，把一个较为复杂的、多个利益群体、多种诉求的抗议故事，较为简单又诙谐幽默地给观众叙述了出来，演员的表演也可以，其实这种电影，拍出来就4星了。
太工整了，一百二十分作文，少见的极左但不至于太讨厌的作品。political trial，唯一用生命抗争的，是名字和数量没有出现在事件中的黑人。
当然仅代表我个人偏见~

难得不枯燥的历史剧，有趣的角色、小团体和法庭戏都是看点
片子强调思想理念重于描绘事件，居然还很扣人心弦。Sorkin拍这种题材已经成精了。
大胆发言：虽然身处不同文化、阶层和时代的趣味里，但艾伦索金的问题和李炳宪是一样的。
导演尽量发挥自己的台词优势，剪切凌厉，但只是浮于表面，看得人昏昏欲睡

7.8 对法庭逼逼片一直都很有好感，这片毛病不少，但看着挺爽。
用电影渲染的形式代替纪录片还原历史事件的确是十分叫座也讨巧的手艺，最后一幕念名单的时候倒不见法警上前制止。一场审判杂糅着社会底层的自我正视、白人阶层的种族歧视，美国宪法或者说各国披着法律外衣的zzhi此刻又忘记了建立联邦zf的初衷
换到现在的话说，如果批评和反对不自由，那么赞美和拥护无意义。
